1.5 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions at the beginning of the week
Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.5 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Monday, the registration of 321 sales worth 1.12 billion dirhams, including 42 sales of land worth 528.81 million dirhams and 279 sales of apartments and villas worth 591.48 million dirhams.
The most important land sales were worth 65.13 million dirhams in the Al Habiyah 4th area, followed by a sale worth 51 million dirhams in the Al Yafra 4 area, followed by a sale worth 32.66 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area south of the 4th.
The Hind City region topped the 4 regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 6 sales worth 8.74 million dirhams, followed by the first Nad Al Sheba region, recording 5 sales worth 63.52 million dirhams, and a third in Palm Jebel Ali, recording 4 sales worth 78.33 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 60.09 million dirhams came in the Al Thanyah Fifth area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 21.19 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, and finally a sale worth 20 million dirhams in the Al Thanyah Fifth area.
The Al Barsha South Fourth area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 23 sales worth 24.07 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina area, recording 23 sales worth 85.76 million dirhams, and third in Burj Khalifa, recording 19 sales worth 49.01 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 244.05 million dirhams, including 30 land mortgages worth 60.15 million dirhams and 120 mortgages of villas and apartments worth 183.9 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Thanyah 5 area, worth 19.71 million dirhams, and another in the Wadi Al Safa 7 area, worth 17.64 million dirhams.
As for donations, 17 donations were recorded, worth 158.69 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Palm Deira area, worth 108.1 million dirhams, and another in Jebel Ali First Industrial Zone, worth 26 million dirhams.
